Are OSMODI perfumes authentic?

OSMODI publishes the exact brand and product presentation supplied for each listing. OSMODI is an independent retailer and does not claim brand authorization, endorsement or affiliation unless that relationship is stated and supported for the exact product.

Where does OSMODI ship from and how long does delivery take?

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Available shipping services, costs and delivery estimates for the delivery address are shown at checkout. A supplier may dispatch directly, and products from different suppliers may arrive separately.

What is OSMODI's return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The bottle must be unused, unopened, sealed and in its original packaging. Contact osmodi.parfumes@gmail.com before sending anything back. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method 5 to 10 business days after inspection.

Is OSMODI a legitimate store?

OSMODI is operated by TEMOF LLC, a registered Wyoming LLC with a US registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, and operations and customer support in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. How long does a 50 ml or 100 ml bottle of perfume last?

A 50 ml bottle holds roughly 500 sprays and a 100 ml bottle roughly 1,000 sprays. At four sprays a day, 50 ml lasts about four months and 100 ml about eight months. Worn a few times a week, a 100 ml bottle typically lasts two to three years.

How orders actually work

You order through OSMODI.
The order is routed to the approved supplier responsible for the listed product.
The supplier prepares and dispatches the item. Products may arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking is added when it is supplied by the fulfillment partner.
If something is wrong, contact OSMODI before returning anything so we can coordinate the correct instructions.

The things people get burned by, and how we handle them

Separate parcels. Products fulfilled by different suppliers may arrive separately.
Inventory changes. Supplier inventory can change, so an unavailable item may require cancellation and refund.
Wrong or damaged item. Contact OSMODI with the order number and photographs before returning anything.
Fake reviews. We do not display invented ratings. Where genuine reviews are unavailable, the space remains empty.
