Made-to-order processing
All OSMODI fragrances are made to order in Dubai. Orders dispatch within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and United Arab Emirates public holidays are not business days.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
- United Arab Emirates: AED 25, or free for orders of AED 299 or more. Estimated carrier transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- International, including the United States and United Kingdom: AED 70, or free for orders of AED 299 or more while checkout is processed in AED. Estimated carrier transit is 5–8 business days after dispatch.
The shipping options, final charge and delivery estimate shown at checkout for your address take priority. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, public holidays, weather or events outside our control.
Until an approved multi-currency payment provider is active, international checkout is charged in AED. Your bank or card provider may convert the amount and apply its own exchange rate or fees. Storefront USD 85 and GBP 65 free-shipping equivalents apply once local-currency checkout is available.
Tracking
When the carrier collects your order, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier tracking page to show its first update.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international deliveries, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes and local handling charges unless checkout explicitly states that they are included. Customs clearance can extend the delivery estimate.
Addresses and delays
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and telephone number. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. If we cannot meet the 3–5-business-day dispatch window, we will contact you with an update.
