Made-to-order processing
All OSMODI fragrances are made to order in Dubai. Orders dispatch within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and United Arab Emirates public holidays are not business days.
United Arab Emirates
Standard tracked delivery costs AED 25 and is free for orders of AED 299 or more. Estimated carrier transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
International delivery
Standard tracked international delivery costs AED 70 and is free for orders of AED 299 or more while checkout is processed in AED. Estimated carrier transit is 5–8 business days after dispatch. The destinations, final shipping charge and delivery estimate shown at checkout for your address take priority.
Until an approved multi-currency payment provider is active, international checkout is charged in AED. Your bank or card provider may convert the amount and apply its own exchange rate or fees. Storefront USD 85 and GBP 65 free-shipping equivalents apply once local-currency checkout is available.
Tracking, duties and delays
Tracking is emailed when the carrier collects the order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first carrier update. International recipients are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and local handling charges unless checkout explicitly states that they are included. Customs, carrier delays, public holidays, weather and events outside our control may extend delivery estimates.
Please provide a complete delivery address and telephone number. If we cannot meet the 3–5-business-day dispatch window, we will contact you with an update.
