This website is operated by OSMODI, an independent fragrance house based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By visiting osmodi.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and fragrance inspiration
OSMODI products are created and sold under the OSMODI brand. References to other fragrance or brand names describe scent inspiration and help customers understand fragrance direction. OSMODI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those trademark owners.
Made-to-order fulfilment
OSMODI fragrances are made to order and normally dispatch within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. If we cannot meet that dispatch window, we will contact you with an update.
Orders, prices and payment
Product availability and prices may change without notice. The final order total, shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. International checkout is currently processed in AED until an approved multi-currency payment provider is active; a customer’s bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees.
An order is accepted when OSMODI confirms it. We may cancel or limit an order if materials are unavailable, payment cannot be verified, information appears incorrect or fraud is suspected; captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund policy.
Website use and intellectual property
Site content, OSMODI branding, product photography and original text may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security or submit false or unlawful information.
Liability and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSMODI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
