Recent reviews
- Only customers with a delivered OSMODI order can leave a review, and we ask by email a week after delivery.
- We do not pay for reviews and we do not offer discounts, gifts or entries in exchange for one.
- We do not delete negative reviews. We only remove a review if it names another person, contains abuse or personal data, or is not about an order placed with us.
- Reviews are published as written apart from obvious typo fixes, and we reply publicly when something went wrong.
Questions about our reviews
Who can leave a review on OSMODI?
Only customers with a delivered order. We email an invitation about a week after delivery, and the review is linked to that order.
Do you pay for reviews or offer a discount for one?
No. We do not pay for reviews and we do not offer discounts, gifts, credit or prize entries in exchange for leaving one.
Do you delete negative reviews?
No. Critical reviews stay published. We only remove a review if it names another person, contains abuse or personal data, or is not about an order placed with us, and we reply publicly when something went wrong.
What does the Verified order marker mean?
It means we matched that review to a real order in our system that was paid for and delivered. Reviews without the marker are published without that check, and we show the difference rather than hiding it.
How do I leave a review?
Reply to the review invitation we email after delivery, or contact us with your order number and we will send the link again.
