Delivery and shipping

Every OSMODI order leaves our Dubai warehouse sealed, batch-checked and tracked. Duties and taxes are prepaid, so nothing is collected at your door.

How long does delivery take?

OSMODI ships from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and orders placed on a working day are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery to United Arab Emirates then takes 1–3 working days (Delivery tomorrow). The price you see is the price you pay. Nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Order by 2pm for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. 1 to 3 days elsewhere in the UAE. Delivery is free on orders over Dhs. 300. Payment is taken at checkout; cash on delivery is not offered on international orders.

Remote addresses. Islands and remote postcodes can add one to two working days. We email you if that applies to your address.

What happens after you order

  1. Order confirmed

    You get a confirmation email within a few minutes listing every bottle, the size and the price you paid.

  2. Batch check and sealed dispatch from Dubai

    We match the batch code on the box to the bottle, photograph it, then pack the order sealed and hand it to the carrier in Dubai.

  3. Tracking emailed

    As soon as the parcel is scanned you receive a tracking number by email, so you can follow it door to door.

  4. Delivered, duties already paid

    The carrier delivers to your address. Duties and taxes were paid at checkout, so there is nothing to settle on arrival.

Delivery questions

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from Dubai within 24 hours on working days. Delivery then takes 1 to 3 days in the UAE, 2 to 3 days to Saudi Arabia, 2 to 4 days to the UK, 3 to 5 days to the US and the EU, and 4 to 6 days to Canada.

Will I be charged customs or import duty?

No. Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so the carrier delivers with nothing left to collect. If a carrier ever invoices you for duty on an OSMODI parcel, send us the invoice and we refund it.

How do I track my parcel?

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier in Dubai. You can also follow the order from your account, or enter the tracking number on our order tracking page.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

Express carriers need a street address and a signature, so PO boxes cannot be used. Enter a home or office address and add a phone number so the courier can call ahead.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Inside the UAE you pick a delivery date at checkout. For international orders the carrier delivers on the first working day it arrives in your city, and you can reschedule directly with them using your tracking number.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

Write to us with your order number and we open a trace with the carrier the same working day. If a parcel is confirmed lost we send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
