Shipping policy

OSMODI products are sourced through approved third-party suppliers. A supplier may prepare and dispatch an order directly. Products from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels, and the ship-from origin and carrier can vary by product.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Available shipping services, costs and delivery estimates for the delivery address are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Supported destinations

OSMODI currently supports delivery to the United Arab Emirates, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Spain and Saudi Arabia where an eligible shipping service is available at checkout.

Tracking and separate parcels

Tracking is shared when it is provided by the fulfillment partner. A multi-product order may arrive in more than one parcel. Contact OSMODI if tracking is unavailable after the stated processing period.

Customs, duties and delays

Import duties, taxes and local carrier charges may apply unless checkout states otherwise. Customs checks, carrier disruptions, weather and incorrect delivery details can delay an order.
