Products, sourcing and independence

OSMODI offers fragrance and beauty products sourced through approved third-party suppliers. Each product page identifies the exact listed brand, product, format, size, price and availability. An approved supplier may dispatch directly. OSMODI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or an authorized representative of a listed brand unless that relationship is stated and supported for the exact product.

Orders, prices and payment

Product availability and prices may change without notice. The final order total, shipping charge, currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when OSMODI confirms it. We may cancel or limit an order when inventory is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, order information appears incorrect or fraud is suspected. Captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is governed by the shipping policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the returns and refunds policy. Contact OSMODI before sending a return so the correct fulfillment-partner instructions can be provided.

Website use and intellectual property

Site content, OSMODI branding, product photography and original text may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security or submit false or unlawful information.

Liability and applicable law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSMODI and TEMOF LLC are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or delays outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where a customer lives remain unaffected.
